Availability March-December Maximum Capacity: 75 people (100 people from June-Sept) Rental Fee: $270 per hour with a 2 hour minimum rental time (Midweek rate $240/hour Mon-Thurs.). Tallac
Vista is a contemporary building with expansive windows, open beams
and multiple decks looking out onto one of the world's greatest vistas-Lake
Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The building is located high
on a mountain, surrounded by stately pine trees and massive Tahoe boulders.
The building is completely private allowing for a perfect and peaceful
reception, wedding ceremony, conference or special event.
Tallac
Vista is owned by the Tahoe Conservancy and operated in conjunction
with Tahoe Tallac Association, a nonprofit arts organization devoted
to bringing the cultural arts to Lake Tahoe and to assisting the in
the restoration of the Tallac Historic Site.
